  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Rice the cauliflower using a food processor or cheese grater.
  2. Microwave riced cauliflower in a bowl for about 2 minutes; let cool.
  3. Squeeze out excess moisture using paper towels.
  4. Combine drained cauliflower with egg, flour, cheeses, onion, bell pepper (if using), and seasonings in a mixing bowl.
  5. Form mixture into eight equal patties.
  6. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for 5 minutes.
  7. Cook patties in batches for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
