  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 pound deli-sliced turkey slices
  • 1/2 pound deli-sliced chicken slices
  • 1/2 pound deli-sliced turkey pepperoni
  • 1/2 pound deli-sliced mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 pound deli-sliced provolone cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup roasted red peppers, sliced
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup banana peppers, sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the Italian sub rolls in half lengthwise and place them cut side up on a baking sheet.
  3. In a small bowl, mix melted butter with garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, basil, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Brush the butter mixture generously on each roll.
  5. Layer the turkey slices on one half of each roll followed by chicken slices, pepperoni, mozzarella cheese, provolone cheese, and sprinkle with Parmesan.
  6. Add the roasted red peppers, black olives, banana peppers, and fresh basil on top.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is melted and the bread is crispy.
  8. Let cool slightly before cutting into portions and serving warm.
