  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 2 (3 ounce) packages ramen noodles (seasoning packets discarded)
  • 1 pound sirloin steak (sliced)
  • 3 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil (divided)
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce and cornstarch until smooth. Add beef broth, honey, hoisin sauce, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes; set aside.
  2. Boil water in a medium pot and cook ramen noodles for 2-3 minutes until tender. Drain and rinse under cold water; drizzle with sesame oil.
  3. Heat olive oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Season steak with salt and pepper; cook for about 5 minutes until browned. Remove from skillet.
