  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 slices cheddar cheese
  • 2 slices cooked turkey bacon
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Whisk the eggs together in a bowl, then pour into the skillet.
  3. Cook the eggs gently, allowing them to set before folding them.
  4. Slice the croissants in half horizontally and place cut side up on a baking sheet. Bake for about 5 minutes until warm.
  5. Spread mayonnaise on the bottom half of each croissant and Dijon mustard on the top half.
  6. Layer cheddar cheese, turkey bacon, and scrambled eggs on each bottom half before placing the tops back on.
