  • 8 oz spaghetti or penne pasta
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  5. Toss cooked pasta with any drippings from the chicken in the skillet. Top with sliced chicken and bruschetta mixture.
