  • 12 oz uncooked chow mein noodles
  • 2 cups cabbage
  • 1 large julienned carrot

  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 6 tbsp mushroom sauce
  • 3 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp light sesame oil
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp corn starch
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar

Instructions

  1. Prepare the sauce by whisking together mushroom sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, chicken broth, corn starch, and sugar in a mixing bowl; set aside.
  2. Cook chow mein noodles according to package instructions; drain and rinse with cold water.
