  • 10 slices turkey bacon, diced
  • 3 cups shredded chicken
  • 1 oz package dried ranch dressing seasoning
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 2 cups half-and-half
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 lb dry large elbow pasta

Instructions

  1. Boil pasta until one minute shy of al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and butter a 3-quart baking dish.
  3. Cook turkey bacon in a skillet over medium-low heat until crisp; remove and drain excess fat.
  4. Add shredded chicken and ranch seasoning to the skillet; cook until heated through.
  5. In the same skillet, melt butter, add garlic, then whisk in flour. Gradually add heavy cream and half-and-half while whisking until thickened.
  6. Stir in Parmesan, half of the mozzarella, half of the cheddar, cooked pasta, chicken, and half of the turkey bacon.
  7. Transfer to baking dish; top with remaining cheeses and bacon. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly.
