  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black sesame seeds (optional)
  • 4 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)
  • ¼ cup (59.5 g) heavy cream
  • ½ teaspoon soy sauce
  • ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon sesame oil
  • ¼ teaspoon white granulated sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 ½ cups imitation crab (chopped)
  • 34 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 34 tablespoons garlic chili oil
  • green onions (for garnish)
  • sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice wonton wrappers in half diagonally and arrange them on a baking sheet.
  3. Sprinkle with kosher salt and optional black sesame seeds.
  4. Bake the wontons for 7 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  5. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, heavy cream, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and garlic powder until smooth.
  6. Once baked, spread the creamy filling over each wonton piece and top with chopped imitation crab.
  7. Drizzle with sweet chili sauce and garlic chili oil; garnish with green onions before serving warm.
