  • 2 large egg yolks
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract (alcohol-free)
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar for coating
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg for coating

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and line cookie sheets with parchment paper.
