  • ½ cup chopped cilantro
  • ½ jalapeño, minced
  • ¼ cup chopped scallion
  • Zest and juice from one orange
  • Zest and juice from one lime
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup honey or agave syrup
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tablespoon rice apple vinegar

Instructions

  1. Peel kohlrabi and cut into matchsticks or grate in a food processor.
  2. In a large bowl, combine kohlrabi, cilantro, scallions, jalapeño, lime zest, and orange zest.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together olive oil, orange juice, lime juice, honey (or agave), salt, and vinegar.
