  • 5 oz (150 grams) baby spinach
  • ¼ cup (30 grams) grated parmesan cheese (optional)

  1. Boil water in a large pot and cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve about ½ cup cooking water, then drain.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-low heat, sauté garlic until fragrant (about 45 seconds).

  4. Stir in spinach until wilted.
  5. Combine pasta with the sauce and reserved cooking water; mix well.
