  • 2 fresh peaches (thinly sliced)
  • 4 cups cherries (blackberries and strawberries)
  • ¼ cup roasted salted pistachios
  • ½ cup fresh basil leaves
  • 8 oz. burrata cheese
  • Sea salt and black pepper (to taste)
  • Extra virgin olive oil or Meyer lemon infused olive oil
  • Balsamic glaze

Instructions

  1. Create a bed of baby salad greens on a large platter.
  2. Thinly slice peaches and fan them out over the greens.
  3. Pit and halve cherries; scatter along with blackberries and halved strawberries around the platter.
  4. Add thinly sliced red onion and fresh basil leaves evenly across the salad.
