  • 2 1/2 cups crushed vanilla wafers
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup peach nectar
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 1/2 cups sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. In a bowl, combine crushed vanilla wafers, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a lined 9×13 brownie pan. Bake for 10 minutes and let cool.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together peach nectar, flour, sugar, and eggs until smooth. Pour over the cooled crust.
  4. Bake for 30-35 minutes until set with a light golden color on top.
  5. Cool completely before cutting into squares and dusting with powdered sugar.
