  • 10 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 4 to 5 ounces salted caramel sauce (homemade or store-bought)
  • 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (melted for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and spray a 9-inch pie dish with cooking spray.
  2. Melt the butter in a microwave-safe bowl for about one minute.
  3. Mix in the egg, brown sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Stir in flour and salt until just combined; avoid overmixing.
  5. Pour the batter into the pie dish and smooth it out. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until edges are set.
  6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle chocolate chips over the crust followed by shredded coconut.
  7. Drizzle sweetened condensed milk and then caramel sauce evenly over the top.
  8. Return to oven and bake for another 25 minutes until bubbling around the edges.
