  • 1 pound large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 8 small corn or flour tortillas
  • 1 avocado (sliced)
  • ½ small red or green cabbage (shredded)
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro (chopped)
  • Spices: smoked paprika, garlic powder, oregano, onion powder, salt, black pepper

Instructions

  1. Make the taco sauce by whisking together Greek yogurt, lime juice, sriracha, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and salt in a bowl. Adjust consistency with water if needed.
  2. Season the shrimp with smoked paprika, garlic powder, oregano, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook in a nonstick skillet with olive oil over medium heat for about 2 minutes per side until pink.
  3. Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
  4. Assemble tacos starting with shredded cabbage, followed by avocado slices and shrimp. Drizzle with sauce and top with cilantro.
