  • 2 cups reduced-sodium beef broth
  • 1 packet brown gravy mix
  • 1 packet onion soup mix
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons cold water

Instructions

  1. Place frozen beef meatballs in the slow cooker without thawing.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together beef broth, brown gravy mix, onion soup mix, and ketchup until smooth.
  3. Pour the sauce mixture over the meatballs and stir gently to coat.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours until meatballs are heated through and tender.
  5. About 30 minutes before serving, mix cornstarch and cold water in a small bowl to create a slurry. Stir this into the slow cooker to thicken the gravy.
