  • 2 cups buttermilk
  • 2 large eggs (room temperature)

  • 6 large apples (peeled, cored, and finely chopped)
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon apple pie spice
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

Instructions
